Providing helpline to those in need of confidence...
Recruiting and training our charitable coaches for the helpline has been successful. With the success of the program so far, we will be expanding and seeking funding opportunities to recruit more trainees to meet the demand for our specialized services.
Our coaches will receive training and supervision throughout their time volunteering for the community and we aim to keep our helplines open normal hours with plans to extend to 24/7 by 2024.
Sponsorship for 1 on 1 Coaching....
There is a long waiting list of applicants who desparately need our professional coaching services. The funding we receive will help provide persons in need with a considerate and understanding voice. 1 on 1 coaching helps to increase confidence and guide individuals towards achievable goals. Our coaches receive consistently updated training and support to better serve those in need.
Around 1000 applicants per year will participate and benefit from our 1 on 1 coaching program. We want to double our service by 2024.
Managment & Administration of Services...
With a small amount to ensure all our services are run efficiently for administration, a full 85% of our projected annual funding is scheduled to be spent directly to the cost of providing our service to thousands of individuals.
